The apartments are nice and are in great condition, but the tenants are awful!!
For instance, the biggest pain in the butt at Zodiac Apartments pretends he is a court officer and state trooper. He literally drives around the apartment duplex watching what everyone does! His vehicle even has badges on the windows!
I confronted him one day and got his name. My hubby and I went to Ayer District Court and asked if Dan Riley worked for them. One lady said, "Dan Riley! He doesn't even have what it takes to keep a real job!".
The lady went on to tell me that Mr. Riley is a convicted felon and is not authorized to serve court process due to his credibility (convicted felon status). I told her that he drives around saying he's a court official, and she reassured me that he is lying.
Then, on the "C" section of the building, theres this young man who is always drunk, always causing problems, and gets into everyone's face! The mangement of Zodiac Apts. don't do anything and they just tell everyone to call the police. Well, what about my right to live in a peaceful environment'
I love my apartment, but just hate nearly all my noisy neighbors! If you want peace and quiet, you shouldn't move to Zodiac Apartments. There's to much drama.
