Overall Nice Living Situation Lived there for 1.5 years. Modest rent increase (5% a year), flexible terms (we could sign a 6 month instead of a whole year).

Good place to live As soon as we had a problem(1 time) they were there within the hour to fix the problem. Huge yard out back that was kept extremly clean. They bent over backwards to get us into the apartment when we needed to. The snow removal was great and organized they moved my car for me

Ok Experience Olde Towne was a bit pricey but we had a very nice 3-bedroom apartment that met the needs of our 5 person family. Vary responsive to problems but very particular during move-out. They charge you for everything if it is not perfect and attempt to keep your deposit.

nice place to live we lived at zodiac from may 2000 to november 2001. the apartment was clean and the location was wonderful.
we had a patio that we could eat dinner on and listen to the crickets chirping in the huge yard out back.

These apartments are nicely built. And it is somewhat close to major roads. It is pricey for the town you are getting into.

Great place Lived here for about a year. Definitely a good price for the area. Clean, great appliances, AC, spacios, Quiet Neighbors. Only complaint is that you can hear the train go by and they´re not that flexible on lease options once the year is up.

Great bang for your buck This complex is clean, well maintained and a good value. The management cares about their tenants. The biggest complaint I have are the seven speed bumps I must drive over between the entrance of the complex to my apartment. Other than that I´ve been very pleased.
