Bedford Village

I have lived here for last 3 years, would recommend the place over the other choices in the area (bedford/burlington/billerica). rent is on the lower side ($1300 for 2 bed, heating, hot water included)

location is great. can walk to shops, post office, library etc.

my unit has central ac (very beneficial in summer), lots of sunlight, stove runs on gas ( I love that), dishwasher and garbage disposable.

great maintenence and office staff. i have been lucky to have a decent set of neighbors, which I guess varies for each renter and greatly infulences your experience.

things i don't like (u can't have it all):

1. parking (only 1 spot assigned per household, if your household has 2 cars, the other car has to find a parking spot in the vistors area which are not many)

2. insulation from neighbor's apt sounds

3. 2 bedsroom apt have only 1 bathroom, thankfully in a common area.

4. living room area is small, don't know if its true for all units

5. not a great pool and tennis area (not mainitained)
