worst apt ever!!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
horrible maintenance, cheap interiors etc.....
You will hear all kinds of noises from down, top and sides. Sounds of disposal, laundry even talking from your neighbors!!!!!!!!!!
you will also smell smoking from apt below or above you through ventilation and heating passages and it is really horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!
