Yes, most of the reviews are correct or even worse in my view point.
As I am writing this review, a couple living downstairs are yelling at each other using profane words(F Words), as they usually are, and I can hear every single words they exchange with all the windows closed. Yes,Smoking from below comes up to my aprtment through all the holes, ventilation panel and even through outlets on the walls!! One-way sign that no one abide by.
Packages'' They will never let you know if they have yours that have got here months ago. Some people are OK,but some people are very rude and unfriendly( look hostile sometimes).This is the firt apt that lived where maintenance guys never come in on regular basis to change air filters. Parking is not enough for some buildings and they sometimes block driveways parking on the street. Whatelse''' I will definitely move out the day my lease expires without a doubt as all my neighbors did.
