Not Worth It

The rents in this complex are well above the average for the neighborhood, even when taking in account the rent concessions they offer. This place has been very slow to fill up as a result. Given the high rent, you would expect a better place than this is.
There are some very creepy residents here, including one who has been repeatedly caught harassing (at best) little kids.
Now that there are more residents, parking reasonably near to the building entrances has become a nightmare, and it will only become worse if they manage to rent their still unleased retail space. Currently, many residents park in spaces listed as "retail parking only." Covered parking garages are available only for another couple of hundred bucks a month, and the garages are nowhere near most of the apartments.
The apartments, and the complex in general, have been designed to look good upon initial inspection but in reality the fixtures and appliances are often cheap and break down quickly. The outdoor pool didn't open until well into the summer and the jacuzzi still doesn't work properly.
My advice: find another place.
