We moved here after living at 2 other places which were complete nightmares.

We looked at lots of places---over-rated Lexington, even into NH---all had so many minuses---we were without hope.

What we like here:

Our discount. We have a 2 BR 2 baths. Beautiful. "Soaking" huge tub too in the master. We received a 3,000. discount (taken off first 6 mos.)..so we are paying 1,400. monthly for 6 mos. We then go to 1,900.00 for large 2 BR after 6 mos. Where we were before--we paid 2,000. for a one bedroom without all the amenities (plus, only had 1 bath). Utilities are very reasonable---even on low side due to energy efficient.

Place is all new too. Retail is coming in on ground floors, by design for the village ---hope to have a eatery soon. We have no complaints about parking---whatsoever. Plenty.

What is great too---residents have use of the theatre, business room, gym, and can reserve the entire large front hall (with serving area) for parties--showers, get togethers (all no charge).

We don't have dog/cat--but, what is nice, is the fenced in dog park--no poop to step in like most places.

And, the best part--this is important to us---management actually treats residents with value. We've been other places and were treated like children, or dirt or somewhere in between. Management can't do enough to help.

Our place is on the 3rd floor--elevators come up, beautiful view to boot. Sliding glass doors, huge bay windows...beautiful.

Oh...forgot to add--we have a gas fireplace in the LR.

Oh...washer/dryers are private--in your own apartment--no sharing other's germs.

We are happy here and would recommend this to anyone. Especially, where we've been before--no comparison.
