Stay away I agree with the other review. I live here now and I can't wait for my lease to end.
It is noisy, definitely not the luxury it claims to be. Jackie in the office is rude and fake. There is trash in the underground garages. The pool is a year old and the fountain is broken.

worst apt ever!! horrible maintenance, cheap interiors etc.....
You will hear all kinds of noises from down, top and sides. Sounds of disposal, laundry even talking from your neighbors!!!!!!!!!!
you will also smell smoking from apt below or above you through ventilation and heating

Not Worth It The rents in this complex are well above the average for the neighborhood, even when taking in account the rent concessions they offer. This place has been very slow to fill up as a result. Given the high rent, you would expect a better place than this is.
