Most of the people living here are Belchertown trailer trash who watch tv all day and screech at each other in their incomprehensible dialect. The walls are so thin that I can hear everyone in the building. The upstairs neighbors might as well include me in their conversation.

The management won't gouge you like everyone else in the area, but neither will they care about anything. Heat is electric baseboard, and the water is reddish from all the iron.

If you are a chav, this is the place for you. Students and young professionals should keep looking.
