Hi there people!
Lord Jeff is a great place to move into if you need help getting on your feet because it is subsidized. But just remember if you move into a subsidized apartment complex there is going to be DRAMA!
Some buildings are better than others but most do have the police on frequent occations.
It is good though for short term and if you just keep to yourself 100%
