I lived there too, and am happy to be gone - I lived there for school, I could hear the converstion through the ceiling and hear them in the bathroom and bedroom too. Nobody cares about you there. Lord Jeff is a great place to move into if you need help getting on your feet because it is subsidized. But just remember if you move into a subsidized apartment complex there is going to be DRAMA!

HA WHAT A JOKE This was my first apartment, it was great. It was a grea first timer, I don't have any kids so that was a relief however I was there for about 3 years probably after a year of being there it went sour, neighbors are all into your buisness and trying to reck something
