I am shocked by the previous reviews written. I have been here since August 2005 and it has been a wonderful experience. The management and maintenance teams have been great and very customer oriented. Anytime I have put in a service request, it has been addressed that day or the next - never more than that. The interior of the apartment is very attractive and the features/amenities are clean and up-to-date. I have a garden tub in one of the bathrooms and it is terrific!

The pool area is great - a relaxing hot tub and grills that you can use. The workout room is equipped with almost every machine you could want (unless you're that picky that you need "free weights" to make it state-of-the-art), there is a movie theatre where you can watch a movie or borrow many current movies on DVD at no cost to watch at home, and there are several computers you can use if you do not have one in your apartment.

The neighbors around me are very nice and not loud. Yes, there are a variety of dogs here, however you rarely hear them and the people I have seen are pretty considerate about curbing them and picking up after them. I have never seen anything "with dog or baby poop in or on" - I don't know where that person lives!

There is a beautiful clubhouse with a kitchen, pool table, and enough room to hold a party of 30 or more people. I have used it for a party and it was wonderful - many, many compliments.

Overall, I would highly recommend this complex.
