Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I've lived here since August of 2005.
The good:
The place is beautiful and new.
Washer/Dryers in all units!
Convenient to the highway.
Great pool and jacuzzi.
Fitness room is convenient and clean.
Freindly residents.
I've had no problem with the mgmt.
The bad:
Very loud dogs belonging to rude owners.
Single trash recepticle for a large complex.
Snow removal was horrendous
If you don't live on the top floor, expect lots of noise above.
Assessment:
I had no regrets, but I'm not about to renew. My rent for a 1 BR is going up from 1,490 to 1,550. That is not worth it!
