Not as great as it looks

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I can't believe no one has written about the nasty smell in the air here. This place is a cesspool. The smell is beyond discusting! Also, the amount of noise that you can hear above you and all around you is ridiculous. Unless you live on the 3rd floor you can literally hear every footstep, and everything that the person living above you is doing. This place is too expensive for what you actually get.
