Donno why anyone would live here unless you have pets that no one else would allow.noise a big issue.hard to live a normal life with all the noise from around and above you unless you live on the top floor.And if you do live on the top floor,you will be annoyed when your neighbors downstairs complain about noise from upstairs.In the end your life is miserable and no one should pay so much and get such a lousy service.

Your complaining about both living on the top floor and not living on the top floor....what floor do you actually live on???
