The apartments themselves are nice enough, but the septic pit is nothing less than disgusting. With the rent as high as it is here, we should NOT have to smell what we smell. The trash compactor is broken all the time and it also smells with all of the trash piled up against it. I can't wait to move out. THIS IS NOT "LUXURY LIVING"!

Yup.Rightly said ,the compactor can get filled up and trash overflows.It is hard even to go and dump your trash bags in the area. For the money that they ask you to pay,you deserve better.Stay away.
