If you fancy smelling human waste from their onsite sewer plant, if you fancy mgt ignoring you when you say your apt smells like crap. Then you might like it. However if smelling other's feces isn't your cup of tea than you most likey will want to look somewhere else.

I completely agree. I was told that the sewage was a temporary issue. Also, be aware of hidden fees tacked on by management. I was consistently billed extra fees. Nice place, but not nearly worth the price.
