I have lived here for a year this Nov. and i love it!
I live on the 3rd floor corner apt. 2 bed 2 bath w/fireplace, I don't here my nieghbors except for a dog barking once in awhile from different building.
Complained to management and seemed to take care of it.
Management is very nice and takes care of complaints promptly!
Maintenance does a great job, grounds well maintained, proud to live here.
Loved the pool, gym and jacuzzi this past summer, only complaint would be the sewage smell occasionally down wind at the pool ( need to get that under control)

That is really the point, Noise is a real problem unless you live on the 3rd floor (at the top) because then the only guys who get screwed are the ones below you.The ceiling walls are real bad in terms of noise insulation.the side walls are kinda good in insulating noise The new management installed more trash bins including recycle bins etc. but the trash collection has worsened , the dumpsters are overflowing.I heard that a tenant got kicked out and threatened to blow up the rental office .. Go figure, would you spend money on a place like this.no renewal for me.stay away from this place
