We have been at the Jefferson for 11 months. We have never rented before as we had owned our own home for 53 years. We were hesitant to give it a try but try we did and we are just loving it.
We feel very safe as safety was one of the requirements we absolutely wanted along with central air and a washer/dryer in our own unit. We find the staff are very friendly and respond to our requests in a timely manner. I recommend apartment living at the Jefferson to everyone and cannot say enough good things about it. If I had one complaint it would be the odor from the septic system but I firmly believe that the establishment are trying their very best to rectify the situation and I know they will be able to correct the problem. We like it so much we are in the process of renewing our lease.

I originally signed as anonymous on this review but decided to sign my real name as I'm sure some people would think that the staff had written it. I can assure you that the staff had nothing to do with my writing it. What prompted me to do it was thinking about the people who only write negative reviews and noone thinks about writing one when they are satisfied. Well, my husband and I are completely satisfied living at Jefferson Place.

Bev and Algolf yes Jim is great,my wife and I have been living here since the days when Leo was our maintenance man, and by far Jim is the best one of them all, the pool here never looked as good as it did over this past summer, I hope he never leaves us, it would be terrible if he did, he is very friendly, professional, and by far very smart at what he does. I am surprised at this review. Jim is extremely rude, hardly ever smiles, curt , arrogant and if you are talking to one of the staff at the rental office, he might jump in and start arguing even if you are not talking to him. Hope he is kicked out soon.

Jim was the best thing hired here. Always got things done, a smile all the time, a great big wave/hello everytime you saw him. Cannot imagine him being rude. Were you? Maintenence is horrendous now.
