grounds smell like human waste
They are fixing the 'treatment center' for about the 4th time to deal with the smell issue - this should tell you they have not idea how to get rid of this problem
dumpster always broken
snow removal is poor
access gate always broken
lots of riff-raff hanging around

I expected better for the price.
Think I'll rent a house next time.

Couldn't agree with you more- it was like that when I was there, we got out of the lease early.

I COULDNT' AGREE MORE! There was once a beautiful green lawn where the septic is now. Why it was built right there is beyond me. It's been 4 years and they're STILL working the septic issue. the board of health was also called and nothing has happened. I couldn't open my windows or use my balcony because the smell of SH-T was overwhelming! I ended up with a $300 electric bill because I had to run the AC all day and not open my windows! Try sitting by the pool with that smell overpowering your BBQ. REVOLTING!

Well here we go again fellow residents more leaking from the poor construction and more lies and more promises from the maintenance and property managers, more visits from the contractors who come in and leave a mess. More visits from the terrible twosome Louis and PJ they promise you the world but deliver nothing, nothing but -------- that is. After last times leaking we were promised new carpets, compensation, etc. All we got was poor workmanship, a mess, and the typical unseen promises. Well folks remember this time it will be different. The newly formed Jefferson Residents Assoc. is here to help and aid your needs together we will band together and get what we should get SATISFACTION the time is right if not happy with living here anymore this is a perfect opportunity to get out of your lease. Let??????s send a message to the owner. We are tired of Lincoln already and we are letting you know it. I think that it is time for us to go right to the owner (UBS) and have them clean house once again get rid of some of the Lincoln staff, it??????s terrible twosome or better yet get rid of Lincoln completely. UBS made a big mistake bringing in these guy??????s. Should have left well enough alone and kept JPI. Licoln came in with all sorts of new things like the trash pick-up sure they said it??????s for our residents what they didn??????t include was the hidden costs??????.you will take this whether you want it or not that??????s the attitude nothing ventured nothing gained it all comes down to how much can we squeeze out of our residents. WELL UBS WE ARE TIRED AND WE ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE .
