We want to let people know how much we like living here. When we sold our house, we needed a place that would take our lab. We got a two bedroom with a den and it comes with a fireplace that we love. We have met so many people who live here as we walk our dogs. Everyone has been very nice.

Our apartment is near the septic system that was just done over. We have not had any smell problems. The maintenance people are always helpful and it is nice to have the gate (except when someone needs to call to get in and the cars can back up). The best part is having the big dog walking places.

We've lived here for almost 3 years so I'm guessing this reviewer is either new to the Jefferson or an employee. This is the 3rd time they've had to 'redo' the septic system since I've been here, and I hear it's been redone close to 6 times thus far... So the fact that this person doesn't smell it yet, well all I can say is wait, I'm sure you will. Besides, they JUST finished redoing the septic system so you should wait a week or two before determining that the smell is gone. Evidently you must be having some problems or else you wouldn't be telling us how great maintenance is. Hope you pick up after your dog. My kids really don't want to be stepping in it.

My gues is it's an employee, or they paid someone to write that review if they only knew the office staff tells everyone your business, maintenance is the worst it's ever been, pool used to be nice last summer, sucks this year so far. Still a lot of riff raff here. Property manager is hard to deal with bottom line collecting rents and raising revenue is more important this place will never change. Management company has a very bad reputation just search the internet on mold issues, and so on see for yourself I always say. That's why we got out of there a long time ago. Smartest thing we ever did. So I say to you my dog loves it come back after you have been there awhile and tell us what you really think.
