Good: clean, quiet, conviently located, laundry on site, plenty of parking, good maintenance, low rent.

Bad: Managment is rude. Will harass if they do not like you. Property manager is especially nasty (If she is still the property manager there). Not willing to work with you at all. I gave a 30 day departure notice with a check for the final months rent and they cashed the check, but claimed they had no idea I was moving out and then kept my security deposit as "last months rent" even though they had the aparment rented out right away.

After disagreement with managment, they came into my apartment weekly to "inspect" items that had not been fixed in the previous 2 years I lived there. Left sarcastic notes on my coffee table after each inspection.

I heard similar stories from other people that rented there. If same managment is there I would not rent there.
