Until the property manager is fired or quits DO NOT bother looking at or renting at OAKWOODS. Rules and policies change constantly and rent increases yearly with no benefit to residents.

NOT TRUE! no rent increase for more than a year and those people in the office work very hard to make this place a nice place to live. maintenance is always there for us!

Soooo true! Those people in the office do nothing at all to make that place a nice place to live! Rent has increase over $150 since I have been there and there is NO BENEFIT to myself or the kids! It is like a prision for the children....all the grass...but fenced in. Bike permits! No 4 wheelers! Next we will have to register our children before they go outside to play!
