I moved into one their apartments thinking I was moving into a Beautiful well manage apartment, boy was I wrong. First of all I was showed this wonderful apartment thinking it would be mine but low and behold I was wrong. I moved into the apartment and nothing was finished because they moved me in to apartment that I didn't even look at. I had to take it because I live here with no family or friends so I had to move in and they promise me that it would be done. Five months later nothing really hasn't been done. I moved in and only one toliet worked or should I say half a tolite worked. None of the trimmings are done, door knobs are missing. Electic problems, dishwasher doesn't work, gargabe disposel,and we had to spend some nights without heat and it was really cold. When I first moved in someone stole my labtop while we were moving in they was installing the stove. The tube in the master bathroom keeps stopping up and the shower doesn't work right. We finally got them to bring us a new tolite for that bathroom. When you turn on the light switch you get shocked. I have complain over and over again and I pay $850 a month and they just don't care. When I come home from work and walk in my building all you smell is Weed. The slining felled in the the laundry room which is right out side my front door and water went every where. There is mold all around the tubes. The list can go on. Now I don't want to pay until they fix every thing so I have received a eviction notice because of this but they want fix anything is this fare.
