Great Place - Management does a great job making sure attendants keep areas clean and organized. If this is not done correctly and continuously then some areas get out of hand. Trashy people, trash problems....etc. - Don't bother renting here, unless you want to feel like you live in the projects, the class of people has gone way down hill. They are fixing the 'treatment center' for about the 4th time to deal with the smell issue - this should tell you they have not idea how to get rid of this problem

I live on the 3rd floor corner apt. 2 bed 2 bath w/fireplace, I don't here my nieghbors except for a dog barking once in awhile from different building.

SMELLY!!!!! The apartments themselves are nice enough, but the septic pit is nothing less than disgusting. With the rent as high as it is here, we should NOT have to smell what we smell. The trash compactor is broken all the time and it also smells with all of the trash piled up against
