Apple Village

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/14/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   Nice, quiet neighborhood, spacious apartments, efficient maintenance, friendly office workers. I did not experience an ant problem, but I had a 3rd floor apartment. The balconies were all falling apart, but they put in beautiful new ones. The only things I can complain about are all the inspections (3 in 6 months) and the fact that the contractors they hire will take 6 weeks to do a 3-day project. Overall, though, the place is not what you'd expect, and if people knew what Apple Village was really like, they'd all opt for it and not be so snooty.
