Apple Village is definatley not a horrible place to live, in the past I would have to disagree. Maintenance can sometimes be a problem for minor issues, however if something serious has happened they will usually get here in less than 20 minutes. The women in the office are very friendly, my only problem with the property right now, is that with the noise, there are a lot of smaller children, which are noisey in the early mornings and late evening sometimes. The grounds are beautiful, one of the best places in Beverly, secluded a top a hill nestled between acres of woods, a golf course, and a few small ponds.
