My family has lived here since May of 2006, we enjoy it. We have a playground behind our house and our children enjoy it, and it's very convenient. We haven't experienced much noise problem in the early morning, nor late at night. Maintenance has helped us when we reported problems. We haven't seen ants in the house, just out on the back deck. The office is very helpful and does their job. It is a "family" establishment, so there may be some noise or children playing in your backyard, but kids are kids. It maybe seem like a lot of your pay, but it's still cheaper than a 3 bedroom 2 bath anywhere else, for this size. And if something happens to your job, at least your secured here, rent is based on your income, up or down. Try having a mortgage and getting a demotion, or lose of job. We enjoy living here, and have not yet experienced any problems.
