Our apartment was professionaly painted / carpeted prior to our move, less than a week in the stove had issues. We allowed work to be done while we were out and came home that night to a new stove.

Heat is included, swimming pool, basketball court are always kept up, parking has not been an issue for us and play grounds (multiple) are well cared for.

We lucked out and happen to get along with most of our neighbors which has spawned alot of cook outs and good times.

Coming to Apple Village was a very good move for our Family.
