The future of the complex.....

We are on the 4th Property Manager in a single calender year. The current manager is or was an attorney who is better suited as a linguistics expert. When there are 4 sides to a story he has all 9 covered and he'll tell you so.

The problem is not the person next door or up the road but an ostensible 4th manager whom is turning the greatest of places insideout and before shareholders realize their effort to save a dollar costs them more, it may be too late.

Diligent workers are leaving in a short span of time and those who are left are talking about doing the same. The trustworthy familiar faces soon to be replaced with the stranger of the day is disconcerting to say the least.

While questions regarding funding go unanswered the future of this complex may not be a bright one for very long.
