A dispute so bad at the pool the police had to come and parties so loud sleeping is near impossible. Gutters falling off buildings, an office that won't call back unless your on their friends list. This used to be a wonderful place but its currently being allowed to go out of control.

You are going to find that type of conflict anywhere you go...that allows section 8's. And I'm not saying this to be a jerk or right what goes on there, but - keep in mind what section 8 is.

Pretty funny how someone can write that the gutters are falling off of the roofs...Maybe that is because of all the roofers putting on the new roofs and the window installers putting in the new windows..Plus all of the paving work that is also underway....Too bad that some people that live in this complex find the need to find the negitive in all of the positive changes that are taking place now..

the person that said stuff about section 8 is very predjudced. i have seen some married couples that live in applevillage and are very loving and healthy parents and most people here work. the incident at the pool was a racial conflict, not a class conflict. i remember it.....
