I was pleased to find a new manager here when I went to renew my lease. It seems that they have hired someone with personality!

The new manager was also very helpful with the parking and maintenance problems I needed to address and did so within a day. He really took the time to listen and while he did not take my recommendations he came up with a solutuon that made us happy.

I very much appreciate Beverly Commons hiring someone that does not talk down to residents. Thank you.
