I love the location of Beverly Commons, but for the price of rent, there is TOO much noise here.. I live on the first floor and i can hear every foot step above me, i've nick named the lady 'thunder thighs' because she is so heavy on her feet. i hear every door open and close and voices in the hallway and people thumping up and down the hall stairs all hours of the night. \ My biggest issue is that i can hear the water rushing though the pipes as if the pipe was right in front of me.. I know when people flush, shave (it's a high pitched whine from low flowing water), use the dish washer, sink, shower... Its totally annoying the heck out of me.. But i am stuck here till late 06..
Unless i lose my hearing, I won't be renewing my lease..
If you're DEAF, this is a nice place to live.. Nice apartments, excellent location.
If you can hear, i'd look elsewhere

My building is noisy also, The water noises are also my biggest complaint.

My biggest complaint is with rude neighbors and the loud "music" they force me to listen to and the "so called landsacapers and building contractors". I can't wait to leave this place!

squeaky floor boards is all i hear above me. I swear the people up there find the floor boards that squeak and do it to drive me crazy. lol. Im out of hear once Avalon Danvers opens. That place will be exciting to live at. The old danvers state mental hospital :)

Why do the landscapers come at 8am every week. How much longer am i going to have to hear wood chippers, mowers and blowers? its nov 20.
