They will not return your deposit

Overall experience not bad, good location and a bit noisy because of Route128 at the back. But they didn't return our deposit for a technicality and over-charged one month of our rent. I honestly believe they ripped me off, as they use my rent to cover the period of their remodeling and claiming that they couldn't rent out the apt, how convenient!! Of course it couldn't be rented because the contracters are working on the unit for almost a month!!
Sad they would do this...but it was true.
