I just moved in here and it's not bad. I live in a townhome. My only complaint is that the downstairs bathroom is REALLy old fashion looking. I can get over that though. We didn't want to pay the extra $100/mo to have the place renovated, and we weren't able to see it until we moved in. It's not that bad, it just bothers me. I haven't really met people in my building. Some are really friendly, but for the most part, the people keep to themselves. I would actually like to meet some new friends. We'll see.

Maintenance is the best. I had problems The day after I moved in, and they fixed it the next business day without a problem. The office staff is very friendly. I've only been here a few weeks, so I really can't post more. I'll post again after I'm here for some time.

Bottom line is. I really love my townhome.
