I have lived here now for about 4 years and in that time I have seen the units slowly rented out to families who don't or choose not to speak English. I am tired of it. LEARN ENGLISH AND SPEAK IT if you plan on calling the USA your home. I can't walk through the hallway without being bothered by LOUD His*panics yapping in 'their' language. GET OUT OF THIS COUNTRY!
Other than that, the units are all right, but there is NOTHING luxury about this "Luxury Community" other than the price. Over priced and a lot of noisy neighbors, that s what Beverly commons is all about. The maintenance crew is outstanding though. The landscapers are a pain in the neck (more illegals) but they do keep the ground in fantastic shape.
Oh one of my other gripes with this complex is there is only one washer and one dryer available in every building. This makes laundry day like a race to get the washer before someone else does. There should be at least 2 of each...

I am really getting sick and tired of this ----in country and all the illegal spicks here. Don't know where they are coming from. They play their ----in gringo music 24/7 and I can't sleep. I complained to the office with no avail.
You're right - these place aren't luxury - they're ----in third world! I am glad I left this ---- hole. Don't think the price is that great for what you get either. Look elsewhere. I'm glad I left and would never, ever return.
