I have lived in this place for a year and a month. The people who live here are more inconsiderate than any other people I have ever seen. The apartments are old and loud, the neighbors music is loud and they don't know how to control the noise level of their kids. All I hear all day and night is little kids jumping off furniture above my apartment. Everyone in the office is useless because no one can do anything except Kate, and she doesn't care either. I have been threatened and have had property damage, no one cares, not even the cops when I call them at 2:00 a.m to tell them the underage college kids are drinking beers, urinating on the neighbors apartment, and almost drove into my girlfriends car when they are driving away. I am finally going to move out next month and I can't wait to get out. I would strongly recommend living somewhere else unless are deaf or are louder than the others living here.

This place is a ----in Section 8 rathole. The ----in Spicks that live here are the rudest, inconsiderate pieces of ---- I've ever encountered. The play their Gringo ---- and smoke pot all night long. Deport these -------s. What rights do Americans have anymore??? ---- this place - it's gone downhill. Far from luxury - stay away!!

u hit the nail on the head.. this complex is like a mini mexico. this whole area (north shore) in general has turned in to spicks heaven.

Yo Pablo - yo soy are --------. These ----in spicks run the whole complex now. They don't give a ---- about anything. They are ----in illegals and keep bringing their family across the border to live free, eat free and get free health care from the hard working legal Americans. ---- that ---- - could I ever get get free rent, a good job and free health care in Brazil or Mexico - I don't think so! I'm sick of spending my hard earned income for some ------- Gringo who can't or won't speak English to pay for their Section 8 rent. Where's the justice here?
