here are the pros and cons of this place:
pros: Cheap, Free heat and hot water, award-winning, pool, gym, location, beautiful, LCD tv on clubhouse, free breakfast (i don't know if they do it anymore), great rooms (spacious), nice parking space, and excellent maintainace.
cons: a train goes passing by every once in a while, no covered parking, no game room or the sort, not a heated pool, no private garden, and no balconies.
Other comments: I have lived here for more than 3 years now and i plan to stay here for a very long time. The place has been recently upgraded in some ways like no more partying late, no more smoking in rooms, better service, new LCD tv in the clubroom and some smaller things like new signs and more trees.
