I have lived at Folly Hill for over 10 years. I have never had any negative experiences, except the typical maintenance requests you find everywhere. This year, I received a discount for renewing my lease. After shopping other complexes, I know this is not the "norm". Most places give you a special at move in and jack up rents after. This made me stay put. I feel valued and appreciated. Office staff is friendly and nice. Apartments are spacious and very nice. Heat is not included, though reasonable. I recommend.
