First, I won't address issues I don't know about first hand (mold etc). My first hand experience is that the apartment itself is very roomy, sunny, and because it faces deep woods, very private - I can leave the shades open all the time. Walls are very thin, you can almost understand conversations next door. Yet neighbors are very quiet, so that makes up for it.
3rd floor is most quiet, 2nd floor is noisier, especially creaky floors. Laundry is 10 feet from my door, which is nice. The complex feels very safe, compared to Windor Courts for example. Doors don't lock well, easy to break in, yet the neighborhood is so safe it's not an issue it seems.
The turnaround on Rt 128 to go south is not an issue, adds like 3 minutes to your drive time.
Maintenance people seem good, though some issues required repeated callings, they eventually get done right. Major issue is high cost - rent went up $200 one year.
