Been here since July. Good for 3 person family. 4 people and a dog it starts getting small. Leave the dog. Maintenance is quick. Problem with disposal and mailbox fixed right away. I have a screamer and a slammer downstairs and a few people who don't pick up after themselves, but I guess that's everywhere. Climbing the stairs with groceries is tiresome. Parking not a problem. I was accosted by someone from condo complex up the street for walking my dog "in his area". Good value for the money. Ask for apt facing the back. Probably will move soon.
