I have lived at Folly Hill for over 20 years. Yes, that seems bizarre - but I have never had a desire or need to leave. The renovations that were just completed make these apts look fantastic. Transferring to a new apt was tough, but the benefits outweigh any inconvenience. The property is more like my "home". I have established wonderful friendships with many residents here. The office staff tries to get more people involved in activities by having parties. I definietly recommend moving here.
