Illegal practices From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I am not one to write to these boards, but I recently had friends who lived here and moved out only to find the "new" management refused to return their security deposit. They were charged $30 for VACUMNING of their apartment, $75 for cleaning their oven and hundreds more for what most people would consider a property management's responsibility. These buildings are smoke-filled, scum-bag ridden and falling apart. The management doesn't try to fix any problems with tenants and in fact, have not only raised the rents at this dump, but they have also begun charging for pets. This place has turned worse than ever and if I help one family not to move here, then it's worth it for me. Please consider this place carefully because after paying over $34 million for this "development" in February, the new management is out to grab every penny they can from the unsuspecting new tenants. It's old, run down and in need of new everything. The tenants are mostly scum, too, with kids' toys everywhere, screaming kids (and mothers) at the pool all day long . . . it's gross. Trust me.
