OK -
For all those who are afraid to list the names - I will for you.
Basically - the complex is a good place for an apartment. What do you want' Yes, there are some Section 8 people - but guess what - I lived at Jefferson Station and they were there too! And those rents are ridiculous. Blame the government - not Folly Hill!
The grounds are good - but sometimes too many kids playing outside. Pool is awesome and hours are great. Gym is open 24/7 which is good for me because I work late shift.
Apts are big and remodeled. Not extraordinary - but nice. Rents are reasonable and you get a lot for your moeny. I will renew my lease this year (as long as rents stay the same!)
