Folly Hill has proven to be what I needed - a place to stay at a reasonable price. I sold my house last year and wanted to rent for just a year. Folly Hill had great rents and nice apartments.
They have a nice pool and an OK gym. The staff and maintenance are very helpful and go out of there way for people. I locked myself out of my apartment at 9:00 pm and although I was told by the night service I would have to call a lock smith. The Assistant Manager, Stephanie, went over to the office and let me in. I saw her going to her apartment and she let me in. THAT is service.
I have decided to move out - but only because I bought a house in Andover. Listen to the good on this website - it is true
