I moved in to Folly Hill in March 05. So far there are pros and cons. The maintenance staff is great. Also, the landscapers come almost every week to keep up with the landscape. It is very clean and quiet in my building. I very rarely hear the 2 year old that lives above me. Some of the cons is that because they allow dogs, some people don't pick up the mess they leave behind. So most of the time my daughter is outside playing, she gets a mess on her shoes. Also, there seems to be a lack of communication from the office. They stick a piece of paper in my door at least once a week, but what it says and what they do are 2 totally different things. They were suppose to come and update the fixtures in the apartments. They gave me a range of two days they would be there. Because I don't trust people with my possessions, I wanted to be there, but they didn't show up for another 2 weeks. Beware there is still alot of trashy people. If you are interested in an apartment here, and want minimal noise, I would request a building on Apple Road. It seems to be a lot quieter.

magnolia, you seem to have something against people on section 8... I agree with you on some parts.. Alot of them ABUSE the section 8 system and are fully capable of working 40 hour weeks.. but they are too lazy... Im single, im a male and im 27.. i have a cat and i work 40 hour weeks, usually more.... and guess what.. im on section 8 too.. just because some (or in some cases alot more than some) people on section 8 are trash, it doesnt mean we all are.. If you don't like living with people who are on section 8, maybe buying a house in north andover would be better? Im more concerned about the general noise and mold than section 8'ers.. unless they are "trailer park trash"
