I have never seen a more messed up operation as what goes on in the Folly Hill front office. I thank my lucky stars every night that I moved out. There are a huge number of empty apartments, I believe, because people are fed up with the mold, terrible management, and loud neighbors. I agree that there must be absoutly no screening process to allow some of the scum bags to live there. There tends to be a lack of trash bins on the property and trash ultimately is scattered all around the bins. There are better places to live with a compitent office staff who are attentive and easy to deal with.
