Folly Hill Apartments

Electric Heat, and everything else'.. mold, and best buildings # From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/29/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I toured folly hill recently and it looked like a decent place to like.. looks similar to the heights of cape ann and other apartment complexes.. I noticed that everything ran on electric, heat, hot water, range.. How much are your monthly electric bills (for 1 bedroom, and 1 or 2 people living there).. Also whats all this im hearing about mold.. Is it true that folly hill had a large mold issue' i learned they invested alot into the complex in 2000 ish... What are some of the better (quieter) buildings where there are 1 bedrooms'
