Love the Place

I've been at Folly Hill for about 2 years and it's a great place to live. The complex is spread out and the apartments are roomy. I've got a one bedroom, 3rd floor unit with a balcony that overlooks the woods, it's just GREAT!!!! The complex overall is very quiet and well maintained.
The only thing I wish they had is central AC. In the one bedroom unit you get one air conditioner in the living room that has to cool the entire apartment. It works well but central AC would be better.
The management is pretty good. Maintenance is probably average with little things getting done quickly and larger things taking more time but they do get fixed.
The rents are pricey but every place in teh Noston metro area is and I think they're probably less expensive than a lot of places. My rent up $35 last year from $1165 to $1200. Very reasonable.
