plain and simple, dont move here! i'm not one to complain, but i've had it with this place.
so, heres the skinny on it: the girl who runs the office turns into a total ----- after you sign the lease, which is surprising considering we were always early for rent money. its OLD, most things are starting to go such as: floors creaking for every step you take, a/c units cannot come close to cooling the apt to a reasonable level, funky smells, porch has lost almost all paint (even after we asked them to touch it up a year ago), etc.
Besides that, we've seen bums sleeping in common area of apt's, only entrance/exit is rt.128N, nothing else!, and frequent police visits.
however, there is some good here:
one new renovation includes taking a jack hammer to the 1st floor apt's bathroom because the pipes throughout the building are leaking (guess thats why the water tastes like it just got flushed from your toilet).
do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to live. it looks nice when youre outside looking in, but once you're here its one headache after another!

i agree staff is sloow to respond when i moved in staffer went around with me to do an inspection i pointed out items that i saw needed to be resolved such as stain on carpet they spray painted vanity top instead of replacement every time i apply ---- and span more paint rubs off very half ass job also these items were all put on an officail inspection form so maintnenance could follow up on Neva eva did anyone show up to fix I thought that when you move into a so called LUXERY APARTMENT COMPLEX Simple thing like cleaning the place for the incoming tenant is common and an professional approach well brotha i spent 4 hourS scrubbing the bathroom floor which is probably 5 x 7 feet it took a good 5 buckets off cleaning solution and water before the color of my water went from black to clear thats PISS POOOR CLEANING!!!!! ALSO I SPENT A GOOD HOUR SCRAPPING ALL THE PAINT DROPPINGS LEFY ON TILE. WE WERE TOLD THE RUGS WOULD BE CLEANED BEFORE WE MOVED IN WELL THEY WERE NOT BROTHA I HAD TO RENT A MACHINE AND GIVE THE JOINT A DOUBLE DOUCHING BEFORE THEY WERE CLEAN AT MY FREAKIN EXPENSE.!!!! THEY ADVERTISE AS A LUXURY JOINT ITS NO WAY CLOSE TO BEING <>> THAT JUST BULL SH t!!!!!!!!! I THINK MANAGEMENT JUST S _____!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
